I am not sure when plastic surgeries become famous but it seems that nowadays, almost all the actresses and even actors are into getting a face job. If you see a beautiful actress, the first thought will be 'Where did she get her cosmetic plastic surgery from? You no longer believe that there is such a thing as natural beauty.
This is not so with those older generations of actresses like Elizabeth Taylor (and I mean when she was young), Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe (though she could do with some liposuction). Nowadays, no one looks beautiful naturally any more. And this is not natural, isn't it?
