Old is gold

I had such a beautiful time in Melaka the other day. I must say that what they had done for the city is impressive compared to what they did in Penang. The little shops are all so quaint, the tiny lanes really reminiscence of the olden times when ladies walked around in binded foot and those buildings are absolutely beautiful.

I kept pausing at every building to admire their floor tiles, those intricate designs on the pillars and roofs and beautiful iron works. In fact, I almost never get from point A to point B without stopping and taking photos.

I love Melaka.
