Did I tell you that I had a very bad dizzy spell recently? I blamed it on my over gung-ho in going vegetarian for a month. I probably had not taken enough iron and stuffs. When my period came, it flows. This is probably due to the overload of vegetables and teas that I drank.
So, I practically couldn't get out of my bed for a whole day because of the dizziness. This make me seriously want to supplement with multivitamins. However, I hate taking them because they either give me constipation, hard to swallow or I don't see any differences. So, I read about this 12-in-One MultiVitamin and am wondering if it will do me any good. I certainly do not want another episode of dizzy spell.
