One of the thing that I do not mind spending is to get a professional to handle the sale or purchase of our properties. I absolutely dislike dealing directly with potential house buyer because they are so picky and fussy. Some demand sky high expectations.
So, the best thing is to get a real estate broker to deal with all these so that they can find for us the best price and dispose off our properties.
As for purchase, I also dislike meeting up with the seller because I like to inspect a property on my own without the meddling owner who normally tries to cloud my judgement with too many positive feedbacks. So, yeah, if you wish to have a hassle free transaction, get someone to do the job.
