The nicest thing about being Chinese is the elaborate meals we have. Contrary to the continental type of breakfast of cold cereals, some bacon and eggs, we Chinese have very complicated stuffs for our breakfast like dim sum.
Dim sum comes in so many varieties and flavours, one cannot sample all of them in one sitting. There are steam little dumplings, porridge, sweet tarts and many more. I think I cannot live on a land where there are no Chinese and no dim sum. They are very much part of me now. Long live dim sum.
