I have a couple of friends who are what people call golf widows because the husbands have to play golf like almost every weekend. However, these are rich ladies who can afford afternoon tea, shopping and spa. So, I guess life is not too hard for them. After all, the husbands too spend a lot on stuffs at Titleist golf. Therefore, they justify it by buying expensive jewelleries and designer clothes and shoes.
As for me, I am not a golf widow but the hubby still go for his 'must-go' sport on weekends and I am stuck at home with the kids. I cannot join the rich golf widows because my pocket is not as full as theirs. I can only afford an instant tea-bag and cookies at home.
