Water dog

I don't know why they call this sui kow or water dog. It certainly smells nothing like dogs and taste much better than dogs. Anyway, it is raining cats and dogs so it seems appropriate to eat sui kow.

It is actually wantan or minced pork and prawn wrapped in a wheat flour skin. The soup is prepared with meat stocks and when done properly is a very comforting foods on cold days like today. I normally cannot my own homemade to taste as good so it is much easier to buy from the stalls. It is cheap too as one costs only around 60 cents.
