He went to the mall the other day and there was this roadshow to promote 4Mbps broadband. The dear man paid over $1K on the spot for the package because is awfully cheap if we pay for one year service in advance.
The other reason he signed up so fast was because the company gave away a lot of promotional products. He love those freebies and since we were planning to upgrade and improve our broadband service, he got hooked on the spot.
Now, after almost a week, there is still no sign of any improvement yet and that man cannot be bothered to chase the broadband provider for faster service.
