For the last two nights, I have had supper. Normally, we don't take supper but due to our messed up meal times at home, we get awfully hungry as we had our dinner at 5 pm instead of the usual 7 pm. So, by 10 pm, all our stomachs will be rumbling.
I didn't just take light supper but very huge portions because the foods were irresistible! However, that makes me feel so guilty because I imagine those foods gathering there during my sleep and they build into humongous flabs when I wake up. This bad habit of eating supper must end tonight. No more supper. No more eating heavy meals after 7 pm. Otherwise, I will need one of those alli weight loss program.
I don't like this idea. It is not healthy.
