Are you the type who needs to rely on multivitamin to make you feel healthy?
I am one of those who must pop some pills because I don't always eat a balanced and nutritious meals. I tend to skip fruits and vegetables because I just simply forget to eat them!
I do not take multivitamin but instead, prefer vitamin A, C and E as they are said to be good for my skin. And you know what? I really do have better skin than most. So, in a way, I am thankful that I have consumed my multivitamins and all those magic pills since I was in my 20s.
