Can you imagine life without desserts? It will be so dreary, right?
Yesterday we had lunch at my son's college and they serve this lovely creme brulee with icecream. I love the sugar art they place on the icecream. It is soooo pretty. And it tastes good too. What they did was to melt the sugar and then, quickly form it before it dries and harden.
The sugar thingie tastes like caramel because that's what it is.
