Flower fritters



The other day when I was in Thailand, I saw them frying the blue pea flowers as fritters. I couldn't resist getting some of these hot, crispy and tasty flower fritters.

Although it looks rather funny after being fried as the colour blue has turned dark, it is kind of nice to munch on flowers. I think we should explore more flowers to be turned into foods because it is something different from eating green vegetables, isn't it?
