When I go on vegetarian diet, legumes will be my best friends. I often cook curries with legumes because they taste great and are filling. There is nothing like a dip of french loaves into curries cooked with legume.
I guess I am going to ramble on about going vegetarian until my mind finally accepts and my stomach agrees. Otherwise, the temptation is too strong. It is still Chinese New Year and people are feasting on good foods. How can I not eat those delicious foods? God help me!
