On somedays, I like to leave everything behind and just walk alone. Forget the house, the dirty laundry, the work waiting to be done, the kids, the husband and just about everything. It is moments like these when I can take a break, enjoy the calm night and beautiful lights.
I will forget who I am and just focus on what I want to do. It is marvellous how our brain functions better when we are alone. I have gained many good ideas while walking alone, enjoying the view. You should try it sometimes.
