He is a funny creature. This is the only thing he knows how to cook. He learnt it from some cookshow he watched on TV. He calls this the butterfly prawn.
To cook it, he will use his special knife which is super sharp. Slit the back. Then, season with a little salt. Pan fry with just a dollop of butter. The fragrance of barbequed prawns will waft through the whole house. I love it alot. But then, that's the only dish he has done beside frying eggs. So, I can't compare much, can I?
