Relax with a mug of tea



When I feel extra knotted up with my nerves and when I am ready bite, what I like to do is to make myself a huge mug of jasmine green tea. Then, I will go find a quiet corner and sit there nursing the hot mug of tea. Sipping it slowly, I will soon get less angrier, tensed or whatever bad feelings I am getting.

If you have not done it before, try it. It will get you out of a lot of PMS mess. Trust me.
