What the hell is wrong with the internet?

Almost every night, after midnight, the internet speed is slow like tortoise. It is so frustrating because that's the time when I actually start working on my blogs and paid posts.

So many times I see a nice, juicy one but by the time the stupid net crawled to download, the thing is over. Arrggh...so frustrating can die, I tell you. I do not know what is the freaking problem but this is getting more and more rampant. So far, I didn't hear anyone complaining about it?
