I have friends who like to buy properties as investment but I simply hate the idea of being the landlady, chasing after tenants to pay up their rentals. I also do not like to dabble in the stock market because I have no brains for figures.
I'd rather spend my money for the then and now, and keep some in the bank. But once we have paid up our mortgages and loan, we do need to find a smart way to make full use of the extra money. Friends told me to invest in gold as they said the price of gold has been good. I heard about this Monex which makes it easy for us to buy and store them for investment purposes. Maybe I should do more researches on this and see if I should seriously consider spending less and invest more?
