Muffin - Cheap, good and fast

Of all the stuffs that need baking, I think the muffin ranks at the top as one of the easiest, idiot-proof, hardly can fail recipes. 10 out of 10 times, my muffins turned out great.

Usually, I will opt for the pre-mix flour bought from cake specialist shops and just bake them. Even my little kid can do it. Helping me in almost every process including knocking the eggs and mixing.

So, if you have never attempted baking, start with muffin. I kid you not.
