Good career as a realtor?

My ex-colleague, Jenni left her job as an audit executive to become a real estate agent. She said her mundane office job was too boring. She loved meeting people and going out.

When she resigned, I was rather sceptical about it because it is not easy to be in the real estate line. However, she was lucky as at that time, there was a boom in the property market and she did get a lot of transactions.

Now, Jenni is driving a big car and living in those lovely homes like the link given above. It was certainly a great career to be a realtor.
