I have successful hit page one on the SERPs over many keywords including men's balls and why women like to kick men's balls. I know these are stupid keywords but hey, it is still traffic. There are lots of people who wants to know how men's balls feel. Say they came by and happened to see some nice ads for leather lingerie, they may decide that they want leather lingerie instead.
