In my opinion, the most ideal wedding is one that doesn't involve a host of relatives that you have never seen before, the throngs of your mother's cousin's sister husband friends and etc etc. If I am given a choice, I will want to get married without anyone of them except my husband to be and I.
Just the two of us, sailing off to some beautiful places like those offered by destination weddings. Then, there will be no hassle, no arguments on who sits where and certainly, won't end up with loads of unwanted gifts. In fact, for my wedding, I cut off all those tradition and just throw a dinner buffet. It saved me a lot of headaches and earned me a lot of money.
