There are so many ways to lose weight nowadays. The easy way is the weight loss pills but those are not recommended by doctors. So, it is rather risky.
I think the most sensible one is to eat less and exercise more. However, how many of us have access to clean air, green fields or beautiful lakes and seas to enjoy that kind of exercise? More often than not, we have to sweat it out at home. So, getting one of those elliptical machines will probably tone us up. However, the cost is not cheap. But then, losing weight is serious business.
