Rainy days and Mondays

There is nothing more depressing than to wake up on a Monday morning with the rain pattering outside and you have to wake up early to do something. And it is even more depressing when you wake up on a Tuesday morning with the same thing.

The cold. The wet ground. The chore of getting into a car without getting the car all wet. Don't you just wish to curl up in bed with an extra blanket and keep snoozing until the sun shines?

It is kind of sad when I think of my three kids who are in school. Are they feeling cold? Did they get their canvas school shoes wet? Are they feeling extra hungry?

*sigh* Now, I am missing the sun.
