Easter is this Sunday. I see Easter as a time for a new birth and that's exactly what Easter is. That's why Christians celebrate Easter with Easter eggs.

If you wonder why new birth, it is the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. Therefore, Easter is a much more meaningful celebration in the Christian calendar compared to Christmas. However, Christmas is so much more commercialised.

Over here, we do not have much to celebrate Easter with. Chocolate eggs which are imported are so expensive, I never buy them as I couldn't afford it. So, Easter is very low key here.
